 We are blessed to be Brandon‘s first guess of his home in September and we were his last guest for 2023, as we brought in the new year in his home.A first ever for veteran AirBnb couple was a beautiful thoughtful gift for us waiting on the kitchen counter to commemorate us being the first guest of the year and the last guest of the year. We were blown away by this!! It reflects the character of the host. This home is a one of a kind treasure. The home is cozy, exquisitely artsy, quiet and will meet your every need and then some! Thank you Brandon for opening your home and providing a home away from home for all of your guest!! We Will Be Back!!!

 This home was lovely, very well cared for and immaculate. Large, well decorated rooms and wonderful, quality amenities, like the shower, shampoo and soap, the smart technology and the coffee bar. I’ve stayed at other short term rentals in the Terre Haute and this one is above and beyond any others that I’ve stayed in. I would highly recommend staying there and I would definitely rent again!

 The home was absolutely beautiful and exceeded all expectations. The finishing in the house were exquisite and each room was very spacious. We enjoyed the screened in porch and exercise room, which we have never encountered in any previous homes. The house is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Brandon was an excellent host, very kind and always quick to respond, the best host we have had by far. Next time we are in Terre Haute, we will definitely book with Brandon!

 Absolutely loved the home! It is unbelievable cozy and has so many nice touches that you typically would not find in a rental; bathrobes in the bathroom, shower bombs for the shower, a fully stocked bar, wine etc., to many to list. The home is beautifully decorated, down to the place settings on the dinner table. Can’t wait to go back!

 Stunning and welcoming home!! This weekend we travelled with our son, his wife and their two children. Grandparents were meeting their great grandchildren for the first time and it was such a great place to cook a meal, visit and make forever memories with our aged parents. We were new to the SmartHome experience, but we became quickly spoiled to the fun, ease and convenience of it all! Our 16 month old granddaughter was soon saying, “Hey Google”. I woke her this morning by saying “Hey Google” play walking on Sunshine, fun memories! You won’t, want to pass this rental by…Brandon was the most responsive host we’ve ever experienced and you could also tell that he wanted us to have a wonderful experience and visit at his home, and we did! The coffee bar was such a GREAT treat and has everything you need!! The gym was also an added bonus and fun area for those who like to get in a good workout, while on vacation! I’ll end this by saying we already have booked this rental again for our next stay in Terre Haute and can’t wait to enjoy a wonderful experience once again!!
